Please let us know the estimated number of guests, the duration of the cruise, and whether you would like dining or other additional services. We will send you an offer as soon as possible, and you can review it at your convenience. If you accept the offer, we will confirm your reservation, and you can look forward to an unforgettable sea adventure!

All our vessels are fully licensed to serve alcohol, and bringing or consuming your own drinks on board is not permitted.

Unless otherwise stated, no drinks are included in the price of the cruise or meal service.
For private charter cruises, it is possible to pre-order beverages from our drinks menu according to your wishes. In addition, the ship’s standard selection of wines, mild alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic refreshments is available on board. Drinks can be added to the company’s or association’s final invoice, or alternatively, participants may purchase their own drinks at the ship’s bar. All drinks are charged according to actual consumption.

To confirm a preliminary booking, the customer must provide billing information. Royal Line Oy sends all invoices electronically. For invoicing, the customer must confirm:
• the company’s or association’s business ID,
• postal address,
• any reference information required for the invoice, and
• the company’s e-invoicing details (OVT number and operator/intermediary).

If the booker is a private individual, the billing information required is a postal address and an email address to which the invoice will be sent.

The vessel rental or the minimum charge of the cruise package will always be invoiced from the customer in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Other costs must be paid by card on board at the end of the cruise. Alternatively, other costs may be invoiced afterwards to companies and associations with a business ID. The method of payment must be agreed in advance with the sales service. The payment term for invoices is 14 days.

The customer must submit a cancellation of a confirmed order in writing to the office of Royal Line Oy. A confirmed booking can be canceled at least 45 days before the cruise date without cancellation fees. We reserve the right to charge an office fee of €50.

If the cancellation is made 45–14 days before the cruise date, we will charge 25% of the services as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made 13–2 days before the cruise date, we will charge 75% of the services as a cancellation fee. For cancellations made later than 48 hours before the cruise, we will charge the full price of the services as a cancellation fee.

If the booking involves an external partner of Royal Line Oy, the specific cancellation terms of each partner will apply.
